How a visit works

Sign in
Patient and doctor each use their own mobile number and a PIN. One login cannot open the other desk.

Book and pay
The fee is shown in cedis before Hubtel opens. The visit is held only after the payment is confirmed.

Talk inside MedLink
Audio or video stays on the visit. Neither person is shown a phone number.

Keep the record
The patient downloads the notes. A laboratory sheet can be photographed and sent on the same visit.
